How can I order?

Place an order is very simple:
  1. Select a product. Choose its option (color, size, configuration)out of the seller´s selection.
  2. Click on the "Add to Card" button to add the item to the cart
  3. In the card, select the number of items.
  4. Enter the full shipping address (including the zip code and apartment number), personal details, phone number, your e-mail.
  5. Check the entered data and confirm it. 
  6. Pay for the order in any way convenient for you
  7. And it’s done !

How to enter the delivery address correctly?

The accuracy of the entered address determines the speed of your order delivery.
  • We strongly recommend that you write the address with the apartment or house number (if you live in a private house).
  • Some customers write the address of the post mail. It is a bit risky, since without an apartment / house number, a delivery notice can not be given. Please, write your home address carefully:)
  • If you are not sure which zip code to put, enter your home address on the Russian Post website. In addition, our algorithm independently offers a zip code when entering the address - this function is available in the new version of the application.

In what language should I input my delivery address?

You can input your delivery address in your own language.

Fees and taxes

EBESTDEAL delivery is absolutely free, however your parcel may be subject to VAT, customs duties or taxes, depending on the law regulations of the country in which you live.

IMPORTANT: this type of costs are covered by the customer.

If you are not sure whether you will be charged extra or not, please contact the customs service of your country.

What payment methods does EBESTDEAL accept?

EBESTDEAL accepts payment in two ways:

  • PayPal
Unfortunately, payment from the mobile phone account and payment by cash on delivery are currently unavailable.

Why is my payment being declined?

Card payments are often rejected for the following reasons:
  • your card expired;
  • not enough funds on the account;
  • card details, for example, its validity period or CVV / CVC security code is incorrectly entered;
  • on your card there is a restriction on online purchases;;
  • card is frozen by bank or is blacklisted for some reason;;
  • 3DS code was not entered (if provided);
  • there are some temporary technical issues on the bank side or payment system side.

I was charged, but the order was not placed. What should I do?

Please check the detailed statement of your account and make sure that you were actually charged.

  1. Mask of the card. These are the first 6 and the last 4 digits on the card. For example: 123456 ****** 1234. We will check the payment history using the map mask
  2. Date, time and amount of charge.
  3. A screenshot or a photo that shows a charge

When will my order be shipped?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 15 days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 25 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: eBESTDEAL will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

My order hasn't been delivered yet! What should I do?

If 75 days have passed since the purchase, and there is no goods in the post office, please leave a request at, so that we can proceed a refund.
The money will be returned to the account from which you paid, within 14 days after the order changes its status to "Refunded."

Can my refund request be refused ?

Yes, it may be refused if more than 90 days have passed since the moment of placing your order and the warranty period for it has already expired.
